Two Albert Bichot Wines Named #1 in the World!

The International Wine Competition - one of the most famous wine competitions in the world - has awarded Maison Albert Bichot several gold medals and trophies, including Best Chardonnay in the World and Best Pinot Noir in the World!
Families and friends also gather for some of the most mouthwatering food – large picnics and barbecues, local fairs provide a taste of culture and mom’s home cooking, too. With so many converging on their hometowns, family and school reunions take place.

The Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Domaine du Pavillon 2019 has a pale white gold color, and a magnificent nose of coconut cream, melon, honey, lime, and white blossom. The palate has an almost eye watering concentration with a long, firm, mineral finish.

The International Wine Challenge gave this wine 96 points and in addition to the title of "Best Chardonnay in the World," it was awarded a French White Trophy, a White Burgundy Trophy and a Gold Medal!

The Clos de la Roche Grand Cru Hospices de Beaune Cuvée Cyrot Chaudron 2019 has a beautiful color with elegant berry fruits, blackcurrant, raspberry and a gentle sprinkle of spice. The palate has supple tannins with a mineral core surrounded by generous ripe dark fruit and a lovely white pepper on the finish.

The International Wine Challenge gave this wine 97 points and in addition to the title "Best Pinot Noir in the World," it was awarded a French Red Trophy, a Red Burgundy Trophy, and a Gold Medal.
