Bouquet: Intense, aromatic, elegant and fragrant with hints of Mediterranean scrub and yellow fruits

CastelVecchio Gavi di Gavi DOCG $16.99
The "Gavi" or "Cortese di Gavi" DOCG refers to 5 types of white wine: Fermo, Frizzante, Spumante, Riserva and Spumante Riserva classic method which, 
from an analytical and sensory perspective, have very clear and unusual characteristics.
Gavi is the name of a little town on the Apennines mountains, located in Piedmont border to Liguria, from where the famous white and dry wine has taken its name. Thanks to La scolca® who began his production of GAVI 90 years ago, Gavi obtained DOC in 1974 and later DOCG (Denomination of Origin Controlled ano Guaranteed) in 1998.

Pairings:  This wine is an important wine. Who tastes it will be kept busy trying to define all of the complex flavors and aromas. 
Thanks to its structure it has the pretension (in Italian we say "la boria" - the nerve) of accompanying great second courses.

D"Onore Cannonau, Sardegna $14.99
A classic wine produced from the Cannonau grape, thought to be a local clone of Grenache, this offers wonderful aromas and flavors of ripe red and black berries. 
With a pleasant mouthfeel, it"s very well-balanced with a smooth finish.

Garnet red, showing violet, rose petals. Long and full body in the mouth, with an intense, lingering finish.
