Dear Subscriber

Football is finally done for a few months!
You can relax and enjoy other activities on a Sunday afternoon.

We have a few ideas about how you can best approach that free time,
but let"s get started tonight and tomorrow and we"ll worry about Sunday later!

Check out The Wine Club Class schedule thru May below.

February"s Class with HughesBeaulieu former Sommelier at The Inn at Little Washington will explore what the Europeans drink.

This will be a eight bottle extended tasting of everyday wines from Spain, France and Italy.

Saturday 1:00 - 5:00 pm:
Sustainable and Organic - Amy Evans, Dionysos Imports

Most people are not aware that many of the wines from Italy, Greece and Spain are farmed in a sustainable manner
due to the influence of Rudolf Steiner, founder of the Demeter Society and his writings in the early part of the 20th Century.
Come in and sample how wines farmed and fermented in the most earth-friendly manner taste.
These are not "orange" wines, these are wines that meet your high demands of aroma and palate-pleasing.
